We have a Free 30-day return/exchange policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. All purchases final after 30 days. International orders are all final sale. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your name and order number.

There are multiple options for starting a return. Refunds/exchanges will be issued once your items are received. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defect issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,

We are happy to correct any issues with items that are received damaged or defective. If you have any defect issues with your items within 3 months of purchase, we are happy to replace them for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are happy to exchange your items. Your exchanges will ship out as soon as your returned items are received.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once items are received and reviewed. Please remember it can take some time (3-5 Business Days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
